Suburban Tails, LLC was already in the making over 18 years ago, we just didn’t know it yet! The owner became the neighborhood dog walker and pet sitter at age 12 simply out of a genuine love for animals and the need for some extra pocket money. Business increased over the years to include regular customers with elderly cats who needed an afternoon visit, frisky puppies who needed some extra exercise, and turtles who needed their dose of medicine. A part-time job in an exotic pet store handling snakes, iguanas, hedgehogs, large birds, tropical fish, and small animals rounded out her passion for taking care of animals for a living while other young adults were in the mall or playing Frisbee after class.
