well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. At least two
week's notice is required to avoid additional charges. Simply call
or use the reservation form below.
All first-time-client visits must schedule a free initial meeting
to determine pricing, arrange services and most importantly have
our sitter meet your pets. Please have the following ready for the

key for us to keep on file, or you can specify that we mail it

Any house alarm instructions,
including how to contact the monitoring company in case of accidental

you'll be while you're away
Contact information for someone
here in the area who can authorize medical care or additional
charges, if we're unable to reach you

- we suggest you contact your vet to pre-authorize emergency treatment
and credit card payment while you're away
Repeat clients may skip the initial meeting and simply e-mail
or phone to make a reservation. If there
have been significant changes in your pets' requirements, a new
meeting may be scheduled.
Payment is due in full after services are rendered. Contracted
customers will be billed on the last business day of the month,
while daily pet-sitting customers will be billed at the final visit
to the home to ensure accurate billing
